We are Weak Wills Dying in Meaninglessness. We stay alive out of habit and necessity, slaves to unconsidered motives and misguided cravings, calloused-heartless shells chasing empty hedonistic thrills; miserable and degraded under our glamorous veneers, we don’t live up to our own youthful ideals.
At times we are exuberating with zest and vigor, but the world, unsympathetic, and the people in it, when not feeling the same—yet certain of their delusional specialness—tear us down. Still, some of us have ideals to change the world, but are too weak to pursue the means; while some of us have the means but are too calloused and busy to care.
